General Terms
kv8vip is an online gaming platform that offers Bangladeshi players a range of casino games, slots, cricket betting and other entertainment. These Terms apply in both English and Bengali; in the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

Account Registration and Eligibility
To create an account on kv8vip and enjoy its services, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

- Each person may create only one account.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate and complete.
- The user must provide a valid mobile number and email address.
- Registering under another person's identity is strictly prohibited.
kv8vip may at any time request additional documents for identity verification (KYC) purposes, such as a copy of a national ID card or passport. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
Account Responsibilities
The security and use of your kv8vip account is entirely your own responsibility. The following must be observed at all times:
Password Security
Keep your password confidential and never share it with anyone. Use a strong password and change it regularly. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
Multiple Accounts Prohibited
A person may not operate more than one account. If multiple accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and funds held in them may be forfeited.
Account Transfer Prohibited
No account may be sold, transferred or made available for use by a third party. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
Deposit
Funds can be deposited on kv8vip using the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
- All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the user's own name.
- Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5-30 minutes. Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
- Approved withdrawals cannot be cancelled.
- Withdrawals may be delayed while a verification process is ongoing.
- kv8vip reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of unusual or suspicious activity.
Bonuses and Promotions
kv8vip offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Please read the relevant terms and conditions carefully before accepting any of these offers.
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,500 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the sum of the deposit and the bonus.
General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has a specific expiry date. Any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been met.
- Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once is prohibited.
- The rules for playing with a bonus and the list of eligible games will be stated on the relevant promotion page.
- kv8vip reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion.
Under the VIP programme, members can enjoy weekly cashback benefits across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. In any dispute relating to bonuses, kv8vip's decision will be considered final.
Gaming Rules
All games on kv8vip are operated through software provided by certified game suppliers, using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This ensures that the outcome of every game is completely fair and unbiased.
Game Results
The game result displayed through the software is final. If a game result is unclear due to a technical error, kv8vip will review it and make a decision. Any transaction that occurs as a result of a software failure will be considered void.
Disconnection
kv8vip is not responsible for internet disconnection during a game. In such situations, the game result will be determined based on the data stored on the server. Users will be able to see the result in the game history after reconnecting.
Bet Cancellation
A bet that has been confirmed generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, in the case of a technical error or event cancellation, kv8vip may cancel the relevant bet and refund the associated funds.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on kv8vip. Violating these prohibitions will result in the immediate closure of the account and may lead to legal action:
- Attempting to hack accounts, phishing or any form of cyber attack.
- Using bots, scripts or automated software to manipulate game outcomes.
- Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
- Using fraudulent payment methods or making chargeback claims.
- Abusing bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts.
- Harassing or behaving abusively towards other users.
- Using an account for the benefit of a minor.
- Registering under a false identity or providing false information.
Account Suspension and Closure
Suspension or Closure by kv8vip
In the following circumstances, kv8vip may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without notice:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Registration using fraudulent or false information.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
- Direction from law enforcement authorities.
- Failure to verify the user's age.
Closure by the User
You may at any time request the closure of your account through our support team. Any withdrawable balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed. To reopen a closed account, contact kv8vip.
